• Take care of the customers in whole trip.
• Receive feedback of customers and report to Operation Manager / BOD
1. Take care all of guest during tour program
2. Flexible to solve the problem when occur
3. Communicate with the group/s or their representative/s about the details of the tour – assembly time and place, destination, accommodation, transportation, immigration concerns (if the tour is set abroad)
4. Offer specialist knowledge on subjects like history, arts and sciences, designs and architecture… which relate to tour destination.
5. Always make sure of the safety and convenience of guests
6. Make sure all the members of the tour group follow the schedules set
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the management

1. Guide license is required & international guide license is a plus
2. Good at both writting & speaking in Vietnamese & English
3. Have experience 3 years as a tour guide
4. Having good presentation skills
5. Can live & work out of Vietnam

- Salary from 5,000,000 - 12,000,000 / month + tips
- According to capacity
