- Responsible for introduction of new knitting glove technology and process technology into the Ansell group.
- Support all aspects of the research and development of new liners and yarn technology for new product development projects and support improvement of current products.
- Responsible for overseeing knitting lab trials, plant trials to develop new products and establish and stabilize processes.
- Support and oversee the preparation of protocols and reports and coordinate with the dipping team for new product development projects.
- Responsible for ensuring proper documentation and maintenance of the product history records in accordance with company policies.
- Support in executing, troubleshooting and process improvement of new products and stabilizing new products and processes.
- Build good relationship with manufacturing and marketing teams with effective communications.
- Be part of training sessions whenever needed.
- Take necessary actions to preserve the confidentiality of company’s proprietary, samples and test result information.
- Enforce laboratory and plant trial safety, health and environment standards.
- Be able to carry out any other work assigned by the sr. Director R&D in an efficient and effective way.

Education:
Bachelor of Engineering / Yarn and Knitting/ Textile Garment technology
Job Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in yarn and knitting technology industry (Does not need to be in the glove industry).
Any other textile related knowledge like dyeing, weaving will be an added benefit.
Knowledge and Skills
Good command of Vietnamese and English Preferred.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint preferred
