1. Manage Help-desk system, assign support requests to appropriate staff
2. End-user support including: desktop application installations (telephone, anti virus, data entry/BPO software...), application configurations, user maintenance, computer hardware services.
3. Research, uate and optimize end-user environment and applications including: optimize Linux mini box kernel, user-interface, optimize applications supporting production...
4. Forward the request to 2nd level support or escalate to higher level if cannot solve on time
5. Create reports: weekly reports, monthly reports, end-user system reports, incident reports, and other reports as required.
6. Provide IT service support customers/other departments.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
