This position is responsible for order processing and material procurement, but is not limited to:

• In charge of jobs such as processing orders, buying goods according to the correct process.
• Comparing and uating offers from suppliers
• Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing

• Ensuring correct purchase orders / commercial contracts according to the right rocess

• Ensuring the right purchase order according to the time, delivery schedule

• Assisting sales team in preparing estimate of shipping costs, taxes and shipping charges

• Ensuring the payment process, tracking credit lines according to agreement.

• Responsible for contacting forwarder to do procedures to transport goods from abroad to Vietnam and vice versa

• A College’s/University’s diploma in Economics or related.

• Minimum 02 years of experience in Purchasing or international buyer.
Knowing about the importing and exporting procedures is an advantage.

• Computer literate, good in Microsoft Office tools
• Good in written and spoken English.
• Being carefully, honest, hard- working and flexible.
• Eager to learn and do team work.
