- Recruitment:
+ Create and post recruitment notice, plan interview schedule, compose appointment letter
+ Prepare workplace, machine, equipment, training for new employees
+ Evaluation after the probationary period, labor contracts, the uation at the end of year
- Training:
+ Support HRAM in planning of the year training, control and uate annual training costs, the assessment after training
- Admin works:
+ Attendance, Annual leave, find a suppliers, make a purchase order
+ Import and export management of stationery, machinery maintenance.
+ Other jobs as assigned by HRAM
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s Degree in economics and related discipline.
- Communicate in English and Microsoft office
- Fresher or 1-2 years’ experience in HRA is a plus.
- Strong verbal, presentation and written communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive and timely follow-up skills on leads, quotes and scheduling
- Analytical thinking, honest, carefulness, team spirit.
