Driver acquisition: Maintain an over-supplying effort by engaging our drivers leads on a daily basis through various channels
Driver onboarding: Assist the Operations team to ensure incoming leads are onboarded in the most efficient way following Lalamove standards

An outgoing and open-minded personality that can interact and influence people with different profiles (age, nationality, experience, background)
A go getter attitude to bring solutions and ideas to our daily operations needs.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Operations Manager, Business or similar field of study
Proactive mindset with ability to take initiative
Vietnamese national with fluency in Vietnamese is required
