Managing in and out bound calls from users, drivers & clients inquiries, complaints, orders follow up, all sales and marketing matters
Developing new business opportunities and expand customer base in order to achieve sales target
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and uate customer needs
Supporting the marketing and PR activities, events or campaign etc.

Positive, outgoing and customer-oriented
Assertive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good team player and responsible
Fluent in Vietnamese, proficiency in English a plus
Immediately available is highly preferred
