Responsibilities
1. To commercial software solutions/ system:
• Get customer’s biz requirement brief
• Develop master and detail functional system on assignment
• Deploy man power to develop software solutions /system to meet requirement
• Ensure all products are tested well in all scenarios.
• Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and uate them according to established goals
• Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
2. To internal software solutions/ system:
• Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
• Develop proper software solutions/ system to meet internal requirement
• Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
• Ensure Security database, web, software and systems.

Requirements
• Similar experience in Retail, HR is preferable
• Must use to be developer of some software development, test, implementation and uation of IT systems and their specifications
• Expert in Coding in ASP.net, mobile app, web application.
• Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
• Experience in controlling information technology security
• Deadline commitment
• Excellent organizational and team work skills
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Positive thinking and communication
• Result orientation attitude.

- Tham gia team building trong nước hoặc nước ngoài 1 năm/ 1 lần
