Received new samples -> preparing the new material , following pattern, cutting , printing status => arrange sewing samples -> checking consumption -> make BOM => advise to manager -> sending sample & waiting feedback from Buyer
Received orders -> Making Order Status data-> Creating Parts List-> proceed material -> checking ETA of materials -> status cutting , printing -> take care quality of production -> checking ship date & advise to Buyer-> make PI shipment & checking vessel schedule with forwarder
Sending the original shipping documents by email and courier and request the payment to buyer.
2. QA

Review and discuss monthly/ weekly production plan with direct Manager
Conducting PP meeting and review the risk assessment related to the product
Review the product before starting bulk production
Conduct Initial product audit (IPA), Inline and provide the feedback to production for the correction
Follow up sample requirement and make sure they meet the standards
Promptly Update all concerned about Material shortage
Review progress of the agreed corrective action
Perform additional duties appropriate with the current role, as and when requested by management

3. Purchasing

Received sample -> Sourcing material & Get quotation ( negotiate price & Material sourcing for sample ) -> Get the Pole quotation and sample -> Making Parts list, order file and trim card -> Checking Part list, stock, confirm order quantity -> PO making (Make PO for packing material in VN / Check PO SOD / Make PO for Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and printing material / Make PO label, webbing, string, thread , Velcro, and tape in Vietnam / Make PO for material in China ) ->Negotiate with Vendors (Quality, Cost, Delivery )-> Confirm delivery time-follow-push-update to PL ( Summary delivery status, push ) -> Payment before shipment (if available) -> Delivery - check-update to PL -> be informed-contact customers if needed -> Material issue
