- Coordinate in executing internal engagement activities (including developing materials, carrying out events, following up post-events, etc.)
- Coordinate in executing internal training activities (including orientation for new hires, soft skill training, etc...)
- Support for internal communication tasks (Internal memo, surveys, website, etc)
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Learning and Organizational Development.
- Know-how in graphic design and media tools;
- Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word…).
- Creative, eager to explore new ideas, good writing skills.

- Be able to handle multiple tasks under the required timeline.
